Welcome to our Pre K Program, where young minds embark on a journey of discovery and growth in a nurturing environment. Little Tykes University offers a state-accredited Pre K that operates year-round, providing a foundation for academic excellence and personal development.
In addition to our state-accredited Pre K program, Little Tykes University also offers wrap-around care services like summer and before/after care for Pre K and GSRP kids. Please note that our Pre K program operates only throughout the normal public school schedules.

What does GSRP stand for?GRSP stands for Great Start to Readiness Program.

What is GSRP?GRSP is a state funded free Pre K program for qualifying 4-year olds. It is for families who have different factors that could affect their child later in life. GSRP is an opportunity for all children to get a jumpstart on learning, and it prepares them for school.

When is the birthday cutoff?Your child must be 4 years old by September 1st. If we do not have enough children enrolled, then we can start enrolling children who turn 4 by December 1st.

How do I know if my child qualifies for GSRP?Click here to view a list of different eligibility factors. If you're still unsure about qualifying, it doesn't hurt to fill out an application anyways.

What hours and days does GSRP operate?GRSP coincides with a regular public-school schedule. This means there are holiday breaks, some half days, and summer break. Our GRSP will operate from 8:30-3:30 Monday - Friday.

Will before and after school care be provided?We offer care before school, after school, and during school breaks and holidays. It is important to note that this is not funded by the state, so you will be responsible to pay for care during non-school dates and times. DHS can be used for the days GRSP is not operating.

What is provided and what do I need to provide?All meals, snacks, and school supplies except for backpacks are provided. You will be responsible to bring nap time supplies, a water bottle, and extra clothing in case of spills or an accident.
